Know who actually did the work

Remote pipelines face proxy candidates and identity fraud. SkillFoundry turns behavioral signals into integrity review prompts — decision-support with a human in the loop, never an auto-reject.

How it works

Provenance built on behavioral signal

The same event stream that powers scoring becomes tamper-evident evidence — without webcams, biometrics, or keystroke content.

1

Tamper-evident trail

Every session is hash-chained and signed. Post-hoc edits are detectable — the evidence trail holds up when a hiring decision is questioned.

2

Behavioral authorship signature

A deterministic fingerprint from edit cadence, paste bursts, and timing rhythms — shapes, not content. No webcams, no keystroke logging.

3

Human-in-the-loop review

Signals surface to reviewers as decision-support. Nothing auto-rejects. Every confirm or dismiss requires a documented reason.

Signals you can understand

Three integrity finding types

Each signal links to evidence refs in the session trail. Reviewers confirm or dismiss with a required reason.

Cadence shift

Editing rhythm changed sharply mid-session. This can indicate external help or a context switch — review the evidence trail before drawing conclusions.

Large paste after idle

A large paste followed a long idle gap. This may indicate copied work — confirm with session replay and other signals.

Cross-session style mismatch

This session’s interaction-timing fingerprint differs from the candidate’s prior sessions. It may indicate a different person completed this stage — use as a review prompt, not a verdict.

For your organization

How authenticity helps hiring teams

Integrity signals complement orchestration scores and benchmarks — they answer 'was this work actually done by this person?'

Defeat proxy candidates

Cross-session style mismatches and cadence shifts prompt review when the person doing the work may not be the person you are hiring.

Review prompts, not verdicts

A paste after idle or cadence break is a signal to investigate — paired with session replay and test results, not an automatic rejection.

Protect candidate trust

Candidates are never shown raw flags as accusations. Reviewers document reasoning; dismissed signals stay on the audit trail.

Demo mode

This page uses canned integrity data. The panels below are the same IntegrityPanel reviewers see on submission detail — reviewer actions are read-only in this demo.

What you are looking at

Panel 1 shows a session with two unreviewed signals — a cadence shift and a large paste after idle. Panel 2 shows a dismissed cross-session mismatch with reviewer notes. Panel 3 shows a clean session with an authorship fingerprint but no flags.

Panel 1

Signals needing review

Alex Chen's pagination session — cadence shift and paste-after-idle flagged for human review.

Integrity review

Decision-support signals only — not an accusation and never an auto-reject. Confirm or dismiss each signal with a documented reason. Consider a verified live round or appeal path when appropriate.

Reviewed and dismissed

A cross-session mismatch reviewed with documented reasoning — the audit trail preserves the decision.

Reviewer note: Replay shows consistent problem-solving approach; timing shift explained by debugging pause.
